Our Process
01. Collaboration + Strategy
Once you’re all booked and ready to roll, we’ll send over an in-depth brand strategy questionnaire for you to complete within the first week. We’ll then review it together during a 60-minute virtual strategy session so we can dig deep into all things branding, target audience, messaging, and more. From there, we’ll get to work on your brand concepts and presentation to nail down the overall direction, look, and feel of your brand.
For custom web design projects, we’ll ask you to complete an additional website strategy questionnaire once your branding has been established. Depending on the size of your website, we’ll also schedule additional time for a website strategy session.
02. Design + Revisions
After establishing the direction, look, and feel of your brand, we’ll work to develop the rest of your brand elements. Once complete, everything will be sent directly to your inbox for you to review along with a comprehensive feedback form to ensure you’re absolutely in love with every aspect of your new brand.
Then, utilizing your new brand assets, we’ll get started on your website home page mockups for desktop and mobile. During this time, we’ll also get your new domain/URL set up for you or begin a domain transfer process if needed. Following your provided mockup feedback and any preliminary revisions, we’ll move on to designing and developing the rest of your site. After up to 3 rounds of revisions, we’ll finalize your design and get it ready for launch day.
03. Implementation + Launch
Once the site design has been finalized and all revisions are complete, you’ll receive full access to your stunning new website along with step-by-step tutorials on how to quickly make edits to your site in the future. We’ll be available to answer any questions and provide priority tech support for 30 days post-launch. And there you have it!
